I bought this case for my Hi Point carbine, perfect fit, then found out is was also a perfect fit for the AR-15 w/16" barrel and 6 position stock with mag removed and the standard M1 carbine, so I bought 3 more. Well padded with 4 outside velcro pockets for magazines and a forward zip compartment for another mag or other items and a simple slide in pocket in the center area. Zips easy along with a snap carry handle and built in carry sling on the back side. In my opinion, the perfect case for these guns. Light weight and well built, I would not have any reservation recommending this product. A large scope might have an issue, I dont have large scopes on any of mine but not an issue for BSA red-dots, 30 or 42mm. A great case for the money.
