When I received this belt I was stumped for a few minutes because the instructions were not very clear. I decided to go on the Amazon listing and watch the video. At the end of the promo video there is a showing of how to put the belt together. It's quite simple and I will explain it here.You take the flat part and put it into the part with the clip containing the teeth. Only part of the flat part will fit in there so just insert it until it cannot go any further (TWSS). Then let the clip with the teeth hold the flat part in place. After that put the belt on your pants or whatever you are going to wear it on, I tested it on my chonies (undies for you non-Spanish speaking folk). You take the pointy part of the belt and insert it into the buckle but make sure you push the little curvy button downwards so it will move the secure point inside the buckle. This will move it down so the belt slides right in. The curvy button thingy is basically how you grab more belt to keep your pants or whatever you wear up. You can tinker with it if it's too tight.Enjoy.I used to use Mission Belts after they appeared on Shark Tank. They worked great and lasted almost 10 years now. Unfortunately I started raising an Alaskan Malamute she chewed up my belts that were laying on the desk after she vaulted over the fence while I was at work. I was going to buy the same belt again, but saw this one as a lightning deal. At around 1/4th of the price, I decided to give this a shot and have been very happy with it. The leather hasn't shown any signs of cracking or breaking off and the belt system works just as well as my old Mission belt. The buckle does have a few scratches on it from me running into things, but no dents so far. Time will tell if this can lasts as long as my old belt, but I'm really digging this one so far.I purchased this for my husband that seems to go through belts very often and he LOVES it. Typical belts start to wear down the punch hole that the prong settles in. If you GSIB/lose weight….. now you’ve got even more wear. Not with this belt…. It clicks up/down as you need it n it’s truly amazing, I’m sure there are other similar products out there, but for the price… the quality, durability and design of this belt is genius. Will DEFINITELY buy again. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Love this belt… really nice … it has a zip tie set up versus the traditional buckle and hole system belts generally use and I absolutely love it. This style seems to have less wear and tear on the belt.The only downside is you have to assemble the buckle on the belt, which is not bad (clamp/tooth mechanism).which is good if you need to make the belt smaller.Other than that… I am truly enjoying this belt. I need to order a brown one soon.The ratchet makes this one super nice. Micro adjustable and quick release makes it great functionally. Bought this one for a suit but looks great with jeans. Not sure how much leather is actually on the belt. Have a couple of these belts but only for a month or so. The buckel on this one is sweet. I have a lighter color version. NOTE: Colors are a bit lighter than the listing. Easy enough to return and order a darker one. I wear 32 waist jeans and the smaller size is perfect.My weight has been in flux for several months as a have been losing weight. Because of this all my belts were pretty much in the middle of belt holes. So they are either too tight or not holding up my pants which are all too big for me but I don’t want to buy new pants until I stop losing weight. This belt is just perfect. Not only does it look amazing but it makes small adjustments in size.If your tired of having to deal with fixed belt holes that are never quite right this is the belt for you. It is always a perfect fit.Belt is made of quality material and well made. Buckles are interchangeable if you have more than one belt as I do.The belt itself is a good product for a good price. Thought my use I haven't seen any effects of wear and tear such as those found on other belts. It was a tad too large for me, but conveniently came with marks on the back side the indicated where to cut to trim the belt. Looks great and works like a charm.I really like the fit. When I’m tucking in my shirt, then I wish the buckle was a little taller to hide the pants button. The leather looks good.Only time will tell how durable and well made this belt is, so, I could only give 4 stars for craftsmanship and durability.The belt uses a spring-loaded metal “tooth” in the buckle to interlock with “plastic gear teeth” sown into the belt. What will wear out snd break first—the spring or plastic teeth? I expect and hope this belt lasts for at least 2 years.I’m not waiting, I’m buying another one.Debo admitir que no me agradaba la idea de comprar este tipo de cinturón ya que yo siempre he usado los que tienen agujeros. Estaba muy equivocado.La verdad es que este tipo de cinturón me ha resultado mucho mejor. This is his “golfing belt”. But if you plan on moving into a retirement home in the near future and need something to keep this pants under your armpits, this is your belt.
